Lacresha Hall, M.D - Founder/CEO & Executive Director
Dr. Hall is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Child, Adolescent, Adult, & Forensic Psychiatry. She is also certified by the American Board of Addiction Medicine and certified by the American Society of Addiction Medicine.  Dr. Hall was selected as Consumers' Research Council of America as one of America's Top Psychiatrists for 2010. She is also the owner of DeAnima Psychiatric Services, Inc. which provides comprehensive psychiatric treatment, Individual Therapy, Couples Therapy, Case Management and Life Coaching.  Dr. Hall is a practicing psychiatrist who has worked in all levels of care and specializes in the treatment of all psychiatric disorders, women’s issues, addictive behaviors, personality disorders and eating disorders. She also uses various modalities of psychotherapy such as insight oriented, psychodynamic, interpersonal, cognitive behavioral and rational emotive therapies. Dr. Hall remains active with various professional organizations including the American Psychiatric Association, American Academy of Psychiatry & the Law, American Society of Addiction Medicine, Black Psychiatrist of America and was a 2009 Recipient of the Pennsylvania State University Alumni Achievement Award. Suzanne Spencer - Director of Operations/Life Coach

Suzanne hails from a diverse background. She was born in England and raised throughout varies provinces in Canada and South America. Her work experience is just as diverse and has taken her all over the world with cruise ships, club med, airlines and special events.  Suzanne entered the Recovery field at the age of 40 when she decided to share her story of Recovery from a 15 year struggle with an eating disorder. She worked as Director of Marketing for the Alliance for Eating Disorders Awareness, started her own Recovery Coaching Company called Compass 2 Life and offered her services of eating disorder, substance abuse and support groups to treatment centers and sober living facilities throughout the County. Wanting to be a credible source of information to clients and families who were looking for help she founded and hosted an Internet Radio/TV Show with up to 40,000 weekly listeners to help those struggling with Addiction.  Today Suzanne is the proud Mommy of a two year old son, a wife to the love of her life and a mature student returning to school after 20 plus years to work towards  her long term goal of becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. In her spare time, she works on her book, A Compass 2 Life, One Woman's Journey to Self Esteem, and offering her teachings of Self Discovery and Recovery to those who struggle with their value and self esteem. Faviola Marseille  - General Manager  

Faviola Marseille is a nursing student with a medical assistance background. She has been working in the field of addiction for 10 years and is very well oriented to the 12 Step Program and patterns of recovery. Faviola has worked numerous hours of internships as a nursing student and has cherished every moment. Faviola has a passion to help others and her goal at Hallway of Life is to provide a safe, caring  and nurturing environment for all of our residents. Judy Rebecca - Resident Manager

Judy is from Ohio and received her Bachelor's Degree in Specialized Studies and an Associate's Degree in Deaf Studies and Interpreting and Individualized Studies all from the University of Ohio with an emphasis in social science. Rebecca comes from a long background in corrections where she worked as a Corrections Supervisor/Counselor for 16 years. Stacey Lee Field - Resident Support Staff

Stacey has been a part of Hallway of Life for several years and is deeply invested in the success of the woman with whom she works with. She was initially trained in Computer Science and as a result is very detail oriented, organized and systematic. Stacey is an active participant in Celebrate

Stephanie Sanford - Resident Support Staff

Stephanie was born in South Florida and was educated in massage therapy. She is currenlty an active member of her church FUMB Boca Raton and will soon be running her own Biblical 12 step class. In addition, Stephanie is a leader in Celebrate Recovery and has a passion for Prison Ministry with plans to bring Celebrate Recovery into the prisons and jails.  Stephanei's true passion lies in helping others recover from their hurts, habits and hang-ups while watching women grow into their full potential. Terri Michael, BS, DTR, Nutrition Therapist

Terri has worked in the field of nutrition for over twenty years and has specialized in the treatment of eating disorders for the past eleven years.  She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and is accredited by the Commission of Dietetics Registration.  Additional professional involvements include membership in the Behavioral Health Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group and the Intuitive Eating Professionals Group.  Terri is currently in her last semester at FIU completing her master’s degree in Nutrition while working in the field of eating disorders and addictions through her private practice and consulting services.  Terri is very passionate about working with women to develop individual relationships with food, a renewed respect for their bodies, and an increased trust in their choices.
